Easter Brunch and NCAA Final Four @ Bubba's

Four teams....three games. That's what we've been getting up early for, cutting out of work to catch replays, and shedding tears over brackets a' broken. Congrats to fans of Mich State, Duke, West Virginia, and Butler. WHO??? ha ha

We're committed and once again Bubba's will open its doors for the LIVE games on Sunday morning, with Butler vs Michigan State kicking off the action at 6 a.m. followed by the second game at approximately 8:30. Actually, we used to have a nice contingent of Michigan State fans here and have several banners hanging inside Bubba's.... I gotta be honest, if I don't see any State green in here on Sunday the banners have a chance of coming down!

We'll do an afternoon replay of these games starting at 2 p.m. and again at 8 p.m. The Championship Game will be played LIVE at Bubba's on Tuesday morning at 9 a.m.

Aside from that, Sunday Bubba's will be doing a special Easter Day Brunch starting at 11 a.m. for 140 per person, featuring:

Glass of Red or White Wine (or beer for the Texans)
Corn Chowder Soup
Apple-wood Smoked Rack of New Zealand Lamb
Garlic Mashed Potatoes
Side Salad
Fresh Fruit

Our entire regular menu will also be available as well as our kid's menu, so bring the family out and enjoy the day with us. We'll be hiding Easter Eggs around the restaurant as well with special gifts for the kids that manage to get their hands on them.

Finally, stay tuned for more information on upcoming events at Bubba's, including a Spring Que and Brew Festival and an F1 Day Family Bus. The latter will depart first from our new location in the Expo Village, with a stop to pick up people at Bubba's. We'll then head to the track and enjoy the action.
