Spring Specials and Events @ Bubba's!

Spring is definitely here. I know because I'm really starting to get itchy about firing up the Texas pit smoker in front of Bubba's and give about 50 pounds of meat some tender loving care! And now that the construction in front of Bubba's is about cleaned up, the outdoor atmosphere is going to be much better! That's line 10 folks if you're wondering, and it stops right in front of our restaurant practically.

In fact, if any of you would like to rent out the front yard of Bubba's this Spring for a private party, office gathering, or what have you, I'd be more than happy to get the smoker going and our other grills to create that real barbeque atmosphere. Just give me a shout if you're interested and we can work out details.

And stay tuned on details for this: we'll once again be hosting our Annual Spring Que and Brew Festival in early May to celebrate all things life. Just think about being outdoors with live music, barbeque, cold beer, and corn hole and Golden Tee tournaments. More on this soon!

In sports news, we are now into the Sweet 16 of the NCAA Tournament and Bubba's will open for LIVE first round games this coming Saturday morning. Come out and enjoy a few bloody marys and our Texas soft tacos for what promises to be some pretty exciting action! Here's the line up to save you the trouble of going online:

7 a.m. -- Tennessee vs Ohio State
9:45 a.m. -- Duke vs Purdue
12:30 -- Baylor vs St Mary's
2:30 -- Northern Iowa vs Michigan State
