March Madness and Events at Bubba's

Here's a shout out to all the great customers and fans of Bubba's! Hope you are well and feeling spring in the air as I am. By the way, I am writing this from a very sunny spot in the Philippines where I am sort of stuck on a visa issue....but don't worry....I will just have another pina colada....with a floater....and think of all you guys in dreary Shanghai.
March is a great month, We have basketball folks and lots of it. Starting very soon with the conference championships and then the glorious bracket. Don't ask me what has happened to Texas. Just don't ask, We'll be in the Final Four. And Dan..... Syracuse will not be.
Bubba's will showcase games all week, all weekend, with significant match ups broadcast live for the hardcore fans. We also will do our annual bracket contest, so if you would like to participate please let me know via replying to this e-mail.
As for the restaurant, things are going well and we continue to get high fives for putting out some of the best grub in Shanghai. We'll be bringing our barbeque, TexMex specials, and great burgers to the Pudong side soon as we open Bubba's II in the Expo Village in the very near future. Stay tuned for more on this in coming newsletters.

ALL MONTH we are doing the following:
Mondays -- 2 for 1 on any burger
Tuesdays -- 150 rmb for what I can say is one of the best steaks in Shanghai
Wednesdays -- half off all TexMex dishes on the menu....our enchiladas rock
Thursdays -- 100 rmb for all the barbeque you can eat...real slow smoked barbeque...not even baked grandma stuff
Fridays and Saturdays -- Ladies nights....half off margaritas and then free margaritas from 8 to 10 p.m.....
Sundays -- we'll roll out the tailgate parties for NCAA basketball...stay tuned for specials
Combine the above with a great happy hour, good tunes, and good friends....and well....you'll understand why I like this bar.
