NCAA BOWLS/BCS COUNTDOWN @ Bubba's!

Happy New Year's to all our great customers from myself and all the staff at Bubba's! We want to thank you for your support this past year and look forward to another great year in 2010....and we certainly wish you and your families all the best for the coming year.

I also am looking forward to closing out the NCAA football season with some great games....culminating of course with a LIVE broadcast of Texas' 2nd championship trophy in the last five years when they take down the Tide in a two touchdown game that is never really as close as the scoreboard tells.

We'll be closed on New Year's Day, but will pick up the action on Saturday, January 2. Here's our schedule at Bubba's:

Saturday, Jan 2
(Note: same day delayed like we always do, go out, party, have fun, then crawl over to Bubba's for great barbeque, cold beer, and football like it's supposed to be watched.....)

1 p.m. -- Rose Bowl/#7 Oregon vs #8 Ohio State
4 p.m. -- Sugar Bowl/#3 Cincinnati vs #5 Florida

Sunday, Jan 3
1 p.m. -- Cotton Bowl/#19 Oklahoma State vs Mississippi
4 p.m. -- Alamo Bowl/Michigan State vs Texas Tech

Monday, Jan 4
6 p.m. -- NFL Dallas vs Philadelphia

Tuesday, Jan 5
Noon -- Fiesta Bowl/#6 Boise State vs #4 TCU (replay at 6:30 p.m.)

FRIDAY, JAN 8
LIVE 9 a.m. -- BCS CHAMPIONSHIP GAME/#2 Texas vs #1 Alabama (replay at 6:30 p.m.)....we'll be serving Texas-style soft tacos (eggs, peppers, cheese, sausage, etc., and running happy hour drink specials during the game!)
