Bubba’s Texas-style Bar-B-Que was the first to bring authentic Texas-style barbeque to China with the opening of its first restaurant in 2006. From the beginning we’ve stayed true to the Texas-style of making barbeque, which means smoking meats for long periods of time over real wood for a result that’s tender and juicy.

Here at Bubba’s we use the same kind of smoker that’s used by some of the best barbeque joints in the world.  On top of that, we use Bubba’s own proprietary dry rubs and sauces to season some of the top quality imported meats available in Shanghai.  The final step is to slow smoke them over split apple wood to bring the very best in barbeque to our faithful customers.

We also cater and host events of all sizes, so please consider us for your next corporate function or friends and family party!
