I don’t need to elaborate too much on this as it already has become a Shanghai institution. This being our Fifth Annual event\, we’ll be shooting for close to 1\,000 people in attendance and more than 20 teams competing\, including hopefully some of the top chefs serving customers in their home-country pavilions at the Shanghai Expo. The day’s festivities will once again feature live music\, cold beers\, and all the chili you can handle until the pots run dry.
